Located on the ground floor of a 2 level, 5 bedroom beach house, this apartment is fully self-contained with separate bedroom with luxury queen bed and modern ensuite. The living area has a full kitchen with dishwasher, convection microwave oven, induction cooktop, large 340lt refrigerator, flowing to the adjoining lounge room with a 55" LED Smart TV.
There is a shared laundry available on the ground floor, which is fitted with a large 8.5kg front load washing machine and large dryer.
Guests also have access to a shared outside clothes line if required. There is an outdoor shower at the side of the house and a large shared covered BBQ area with outdoor setting for up to 10 people at the back of the house. This area overlooks a Bali inspired garden.
The property is located just across the road from Belongil Beach, a perfect spot for families and surfers alike. It is also a great beach for long walks and beautiful sunsets. A fifteen minute walk along the beach will take you right into the centre of Byron where you can enjoy all of Byron's restaurants, cafes and shops.
Byron at Belongil is located in a popular quieter part of Byron and within short walking distance to two very popular eating spots; Belongil Bistro which offers all day breakfast, coffee and cafe mains and the Treehouse Restaurant and Bar, which is a great place for wood-fire pizzas and live music in a relaxed open air setting.
This property is located so close to the beach that you can hear the waves breaking on the sand.
