Spread over 2 levels, there is plenty of space to relax with a spacious open plan living area on the first level that flows out to the private back verandah for alfresco dining or to the front verandah for the perfect spot to kick back on the day bed to read and a great spot to people watch the diverse range of life that Byron attracts.
Close the doors to the eclectic hub of shops, cafes and vibrant vibe of Byron's village life and the double glazed/tinted windows and doors give complete privacy and a quiet ambience.
There is a well equipped kitchen and a BBQ is supplied for those easy alfresco dinners. Other features of the apartment include: security intercom, TV, DVD, ipod dock music system and comfy lounges.
Upstairs are the 2 Queen size bedrooms both with balconies & outside seating; the main bedroom has an en-suite with spa bath, 2nd bedroom has en-suite with shower. The downstairs TV nook has a sofa lounge to comfortably sleep a fifth guest (**additional $200 charge for 5th guest).
